     Upholstery cleaning is based on size, number of loose cushions, arm- rest covers and type of material. We can provide you a telephone estimate based upon the information you gave to us.
     We seldom do on site estimates due to our busy schedule.  Some clients usually seeking the lowest costs (If there is only one sofa to clean) and not considering the difference in the personalized quality we offer.  If you have an entire house that needs to be measured, we suggest you hire us for our minimum cleaning service to clean your most soiled room. This way, you will be able to differentiate between our high quality performances than committing the entire job. We can measure the entire house on the spot for you.

      Yes, we can handle all the furnitures however there will be an additional charge!  We can move the sofa, love seat, large chairs, dining room table and other moveable items.  We clean around kitchen appliances and large heavy furniture like pianos, china, cabinets, entertainment centers, bookcases, grandfather clocks and most desks.  In bedrooms, we generally clean around most beds and dressers because space is limited. We carefully move all the furniture and put it back in place.  However, we do ask that you remove all breakables such as lamps, knick-knacks, and photo frames.

     Carpets should be professionally cleaned yearly.  Medical Practitioner and Doctors recommend that people with allergies and asthma should have their carpeting, drapes and upholstered furniture washed every 3 to 6 months.  Since allergens are always in the air, regular cleaning will be necessary to keep the allergen levels down.  Vacuuming alone will not do the trick.  Professional cleaning is the key to killing dust mites that is the number one cause of allergies within the indoor environment. We recommend cleaning residential carpet with medium traffic area at least once a year.  However, only you can determine how often to have your carpets cleaned will depend on your lifestyle and budget.
Note:  Carpet protector is strongly recommended as it can prevent many permanent stains, assist in resisting traffic area damage and make future cleaning more effective.  Regular foot traffic removes much of the factory protection from your carpet, leaving your carpet unprotected that could allow permanent stains, premature wear and cause a lower appearance level.

     

Immediately after cleaning:  Floors can be slippery after cleaning. Please be careful when walking from the carpet to a hard surface until the carpeting is thoroughly dry.  Vacuum carpet anytime only after a 24-hour period.

No. We take special care and precautions to ascertain nothing is damaged while we're in your home.  Fine floors and white painted trim are not a problem with out professional.  We take great pride in our work.

      Absolutely not! Before carpets would shrink due to the usage of natural fiber as carpet backing. Natural fibers would shrink during the drying process. In recent years carpets are manufactured with synthetic backings that eliminates shrinking.

     

We are highly successfully treating most spots.  A spot is something foreign on the carpet or upholstery that can be removed.  A stain is something remaining after we have exhausted removing all possible spot. It's impossible to predict the outcome prior to cleaning due to the level of stains so we are unable to guarantee total stain removal. However we pride ourselves with our high level of success that remnant spot stain is reduce to the minimum.

     

If possible avoid walking on damp carpet.  If this is not advisable on it with the use of slippers or sandals, but you may walk on the carpet with clean white socks.  If you must go in and out over the damp carpet, wipe the sole of your shoes with a wet cloth each time before walking on carpet since dirt will track off on damp carpet easily.
Be VERY CAREFUL walking onto a hard surface (tile, vinyl or wood) after stepping over damp carpet can be slippery!

     

Drying time varies depending on the thickness of pile and fibers, the weather conditions and the air circulation in your home.  The normal drying time is between 4 to 8 hours for your carpet to completely dry.

• Adjust thermostat to 72 degrees, or more appropriate with open windows.
• Turn off humidifiers on furnace.
• Turn your thermostat fan control setting to “On.”
• Turn on all ceiling fans (make sure air blows down.)
• Turn on dehumidifier or air conditioning
• Run floor fans over carpet.
• Do not remove the plastic pieces placed under legs of furniture until carpet is absolutely dry.  Preferably allow several days to allow moisture trapped under the plastic to evaporate therefore preventing rust or permanent furniture stain.

     

• All items such as small items, small furniture such as end tables, coffee tables, dining room chairs and plants need to be removed.
• It's advisable to vacuum before we arrive to ensure toys are picked up from the floor.
• It is especially important that you have your pets place in a shed.  Please ensure pet hairs and debris under the cushion are vacuum and remove before we start cleaning your furniture.
• All breakable items such as pictures, vases and lamps should be removed from furniture tops.
• Please have your full-length draperies hang on coat hangers from the rods.
• Please be sure to tuck up overflowing bedspreads or skirting on beds.
• Please notify cleaning technician for any spots or stains that require special attention.  If possible identify the cause of the spot. Being aware of the cause will enable us in choosing the right solution for removal.
• Please notify us on furniture or items that require special handling or care.
• Please ensure your pets do not bite our technicians.  Please have all pets put away so they will not bark, bite or run away.  We would appreciate mutual consideration in this regard.  
• Please clear all vehicles from the driveway.  We need the use of space closest to the door for easy access.  If you need to leave while we are cleaning please ensure your car is park on the street before we arrive so the passageway is not blocked.

Some choose a friend, neighbor or relative to meet us.  Should there be any questions we could reach you at your work or cell phone.  For instance, after completing cleaning your carpet we'll adjust the thermostat, open the windows and turn on your fans for the quickest drying time and lock the house ourselves.  It's refreshing to find a cleaner whom you can trust to be in the privacy of your home.

     

It is strongly recommended for first time customers to be home the first time you use our services.  We would like to be there to answer any possible questions that may arise.  If it is not possible we can often arrange to clean your home while without you being present.

    

If we are cleaning your kitchen, please be sure to remove all the bottoms on the counter tops. You can put all the bottoms in a big box.  This will allow us to clean thoroughly.
     If we are cleaning your refrigerator, if possible please remove all the bottoms, food on the front cover of the refrigerator and the bottom drawer and place them on the stove. If you need the refrigerator freezer to be cleaned you need cut the power supply before we arrives. (to enable frozen ice to melt.) This will allow us to thoroughly clean the edge.

    

It is essentially helpful if you do the following:

u  Vehicles should be removed from the driveway to enable us to park our work truck.

u  Unlock any side gates for access to your side and back yard.

u  Clear a path to windows by removing breakables and “knick-knacks” from the window sills or furniture near windows.

u Secure any pets

     

All ladders have soft protective tops and bottom to avoid damages to walls and floors.  Our motto is to “treat your home as if it is our own”. Muddy shoes are removed and left at the front door

     

 Depending on your location, it is recommended to clean your windows on a quarterly basis (every 3-6 months).

     

We are equipped own over a dozen different size ladders, so we are be able to access every single window. If we use poles to clean high window we are unable to wash a window (and do a great job) from a distance.

     We are based out of Los Angeles Country.. We may be willing to travel to other cities upon request.

No matter which way in scheduling an appointment, after you have submitted your appointment to us, our representative will call you at the earliest possible time to verify or make changes on your schedule.

When it is scheduled, you should receive a window time on our arrival.  We make every effort to keep up with our appointments, however on sometime we may need to make adjustment on our schedule.  We will not rush on one job to get to another just to be on time.  By being prepared you can help us maintain our schedule.  If for some reason we have to adjust our schedule we will call to inform you.  If you have difficulties with the adjustment feel free to call us the day of your appointment and we will give you our best estimate on our arrival time.

 

If for some reason you must reschedule your appointment or adjust the cleaning order please give us notice at an earlier possible time.  By giving us more than a 72 hour in notice you can avoid a cancellation charge.

No, all contracts signed from date will have a 30 day cancellation clause for both parties that could be used at any time at a latter date.
